Hashish History
Afghani hash is traditionally produced throughout Afghanistan. In fact, hashish is produced practically everywhere in and around Afghanistan. This is accomplished by hand pressing cannabis dry sift with the addition of a small quantity of water or tea.
Afghanis hash is pressed by hand. It is worked until becoming highly elastic. A rich flavor and strong aromatic smell will be the result. In Afghanistan, the product is then stored in the form of 100mg bricks or hash balls. Of course, OMG THC produces the later.
Since that time, hashish use and production have spread all over the world. In honor of this special smokeable delicacy, OMG THC decided to share this Cannabis gift with recreational users and medical patients in Nevada.
OMG THC’s Afghani Hash
Our Afghani hash production process begins with kief that we make ourselves. We collect this from dried cannabis flower. Then, we add full-spectrum cannabis oil extracted from flower. This full-spectrum oil has all the original terpenes and cannabinoids from the flower strain itself.
Consequently, the two materials work into one and take on an elastic consistency. This produces the traditional feel and wonderful aroma of old school Afghanis hash.
The color varies from strain to strain. However, hash will look black or brown on the outside. As a result, the inside will be a dark green or brown in color. Additionally, it’s worth noting that hash may appear grayish when exposed to too much air.
Types of Afghani Hash
Our hashish products are made from the Cannabis plants that have been processed to retain the most desirable plant compounds. Cannabis concentrates have a greater proportion of cannabinoids and terpenes when compared to natural cannabis flowers.

How to Consume
If you’ve never smoked hash, you may be a bit confused about how to use it. However, there’s no need to get confused. OMG THC is here to help!
While it can be used to dab, doing so is not recommended. Below are some great ways for Nevada residents to enjoy premium hash products form OMG THC:
- Roll your hash into snakes. Wrap them into or around a joint or blunt.
- Add on top of or mixed in with flower in your pipe.
- Consume by itself on a screen in a pipe or in a water pipe.
- Vape it. Some vaporizers are specifically designed for hashish and similar concentrates. Others can handle both dried herb and hash.
It may be helpful to use degummed hemp fiber. This keeps your OMG THC hash from clogging the vaporizer innards. Additionally, this will make cleaning easier. Finally, applying a lower temperature will often give a richer taste.
Some people like to start low and end with a higher temperature setting. Play around with it and see what works best for you. Most importantly, smoking hash is all about personal preference.
